(Creswell, OR) So how does etheric energy have some potential to end the drought? I have no idea why my life works like this, but sometimes things just “happen” in a really odd sort of way. Odd to the point of being worthy of writing about.
Not just a little odd… I mean like the Universe opens up certain doors, in a particular order, shows me how things all begin to fit together and “Presto!” Everything makes sense. How this works is sometimes flat amazing. Perhaps it would be instructive if I just take it from the top.
Before we took off, I went through some of my emails – people with comments on the drought story and there was one email that stood out in particular:
“Hi George, I would argue we have been experiencing abnormal weather patterns, arguably for the past 25-30 years. You’ve mentioned in past columns several plausible reasons:
- Solar activity
- Planetary alignment
- Galactic effects
- Human based climate impact
- Changes in the Earth’s axis or orbit
- Random natural fluctuations not yet understood
- Intentional human manipulation (HAARP, microwaves, chem trails, etc.)
That last one raises the most eyebrows. However, since ‘at least’ the mid-90s, the U.S. of A. military has been looking at “weather as a force multiplier.” http://csat.au.af.mil/2025/volume3/vol3ch15.pdf And if one thinks such military theory is ‘complete’ hogwash, one should look at actual weather manipulation results recently achieved in the Middle East . . .

Now, due to reader confidentiality, I can’t tell you who this fellow is except that I’ve checked him out and he’s the “real deal” and has, how shall we say, a deep insiders knowledge on one of this weather items referenced. I’ll leave it to you what he’s hinting at – and with deep insider good reason.

Fast forward an hour. So we departed from Tacoma Narrows airport and headed down toward Portland – disappointed we weren’t able to sit down with Clif on this visit to the PNW, but we understand busy and family, so that’s how that worked out. Along the way, beautiful scenery, flying up the Columbia river toward Portland, then south between Portland Airspace and Hillsboro, and then down over Eugene and into Creswell.
On touchdown at Creswell a delightful A&P mechanic who has a place on the field (and is a regular reader) had offered to do an oil change at a reasonable rate should we ever get down this way. Turns out he’s quite an artist when it comes to things aeronautical, having been to top notch (factory) engine schools. He’s got a restored (ground up from what I gather) J-3 (Piper) Cub which has some of the most beautiful engine work I’ve ever seen:
Well, one thing leads to another and next thing you know, I’ve offered to put a picture of his wrench art on the site – mentioning that the J3 is for sale – and off we all went to dinner: Ace mechanic, his wife and mine, and the ever curious Ures truly.
Then things got interesting.
Turns out this well studied fellow worked for a while in Hawaii and while there he got to watch first had as Trevor James Constable was doing his groundbreaking work on cutting etheric energy to modify the weather.
In fact, what he told me was to the effect that while in Hawaii some years ago, he had seen Constable mount “energy canons” on the struts of an Aeronca Champ, fly east over some hills in Hawaii with widely scattered clouds, which parted as he past eastward.
The theory, from what was explained, was that this etheric (energy) cannons cut earth energy fields and when the plane went about five miles (or so) past the cloudy area, and turned around, the clouds went banging and smacking into each other and rain resulted more often than not.
“I watched him do this 14 times. On 12 occasions we got rain and on two, almost rain.” My eye witness to Constable’s work is a well experienced pilot who knows that it can sometimes rain aloft yet the drops can evaporate before hitting the ground…and that may be what was happening with the two “misses.”
“Hold it!” I found myself thinking: Is this the same Trevor James Constable who wrote The Cosmic Pulse of Life: The Revolutionary Biological Power Behind UFOs
Indeed, our dinner guest agreed, it’s one and the same. Except for a lot of missing details which didn’t get captured.
As was explained, Constable wrote a book about weather engineering titled Loom of the Future: The Weather Engineering Work of Trevor James Constable
Some of the details learned at dinner?
The etheric energy flows east to west. For a plane to “cut the etheric” as Constable demonstrated, you have to fly eastward.
The cannons came in a couple of sizes, but were basically PVC pipes, open on the back end (about 24-36-inches in length) and a pipe cap on the front of the “cannon” to which a small (1 – 1.5″ convex mirror was mounted. To deactivate the unit, simply stuff a rag into the void at the rear of the device.
The device was an outgrowth of Constable trying to illuminate clouds of a particular kind of energy that floats around Earth.
If all of this is starting to sound familiar, there’s a damn good reason; It harkens to the work of two US Government persecuted scientists: Nicholas Tesla and Wilhelm Reich, who were also critically interested in this “etheric” (subtle or multidimensional energy) stuff.
So what we have is Tesla’s attempts at atmospheric heaters in order to produce useful effects being smeared and hounded by an inept government goon squad, which seized his works in an attempt to suppress his breakthroughs. And a similar fate befell Wilhelm Reich because he produced devices which would accumulate both orgone (a different name for the same kind of multidimensional energy) as well as dissipate deadly orgone (DOR) by pointing devices at the sky which are somewhat similar sounding to The Constable cannons flown on that Aeronca Champ in Hawaii.
And if an eastbound Champ could make it rain in Hawaii, wouldn’t that technology have a chance of working in promising cloud formations over the drought-stricken Midwest?
One more little thought to ponder: You know all those legends and stories about “magic wands“? Wouldn’t it be interesting it their real design and purpose was to “cut the etheric”? Could it be, that very much in keeping with the often noted practice of the PTB, they hide the truth in plain sight?
And how is it we were sort of drawn to an oil change at an out of the way place in Oregon to meet a witness to a rainmaking project in Hawaii years ago?
