DIRECT HIT Power Blackout Fulfills Web Bot Predictions: If you're still a skeptic of our web bot project, here's the verbatim from our July 2, 2003 "Urgent Web Bot Update" which has been posted since then at http://www.urbansurvival.com/newbots.htm: I have filled in comments in blue relative to the blackout in the Northeast to show you the closeness of fit:
The [Wahabi] entity is seen as preparing an attack on a site with aspects of (South) [Niagara power flows where?] with specific references to a place where the (wood) in the (earth) {grows} {upward [perfect fit with the Falls] }. Near by will be an (energy) {plant} [bingo!] filled with {tremendous} (effort/work) [Yup!]. The target chosen for the entity has associations with a (vertical wall/ascent) [more Falls refs] near which is a (low land) or (low lying area) [ the water flows this way] from which there rises (power) [no doubt about it] and (influence/confluence) [like the confluence of the disparate pieces of the river at the Falls?] . This latter may suggest a site where a power plant sits at the base of a cliff or naturally occurring wall [ You're kidding, can we be any more precise than this?} that has the power lines rising to it. Further, there is a form of a (departure) {to the south} close by which suggests some form of transportation hub [the river was a transportation artery historically] with a main focus to the south which lies close to the chosen target [which we assume to be NYC] . Other details suggest that near to the chosen target, is a place where (heaps) of {small things} (rise upward) to some height. The number of both aspects and attributes which related to wood, and woods, and copse, suggest that there is some form of natural woodland setting near to the target. [Yes, it's a generally woody area!] This woodland is near an area where (rivers) {congregate}[Direct hit!] and the (earth) {waters} (flow together) which suggests an estuarine environment [Clear enough?]. There are also references indicating a (waste) {flow} or disposal is nearby [Turbine waste gates?] . This (waste) aspect has the attributes of {dismal} and {abysmal} as well as attributes indicating a {great} (stink/smell) [At about 10PM EDT CBC News reported cities were dumping untreated sewage into rivers in the affected area due to the power outage!].
On Saturday morning, at the suggestion of several readers who had read the entire web bot work, here are some additional points (again in blue)
Further, there are references to (empty city) nearby the target. [One reader suggested that an electrical switchyard, with rows and rows of transformers, looks like an "empty city".] Perhaps an area of industrial park which is expected to be deserted at the time of the attack, or could even reference abandoned buildings, though the attributes are not so clear as to be able to make a definitive interpretation. [Who would have interpreted a switch yard 2 months ago?] However, that said, there are a number of words referring to (brakes), and (brake noise) and (dead man switch) and (switches/changes) [Now we're back on track, except maybe we should have gotten "breaker" rather than "brakes" - still, close enough, don't you think?] which would indicate a near by train yard. [Oh yeah, they have cranes on tracks to move the heavy gear around generating stations.] As the aspects bring up noise of the (brakes) as being able to be heard from the site of the attack, this would suggest that a busy train yard is close enough to contribute to the majority of the on-site noise. [Or you can hear the falls as they "break" over the top...] There are also some small number of references which can be interpreted towards petroleum refineries.
In addition to the (empty city) we find a number of aspects relating to (royalty) such as (king) and (courtier) which have attributes which doubly modify both these aspects as well as a primary aspect of (Mount) as in mountain or large hill. [ No question here, Niagara is the "king of falls" and it's a named place with a named "hill". I need to also mention that King's Point Ontario is very nearby.] Being linked to the aspects of (royalty) suggests that there is a named hill involved with the site which has a local connotation with (kings). There are also indicators that a (community) {project} is nearby which is associated with (social status). [This is really curious - as most people go to Niagara Falls to celebrate their honeymoons - a big change in "social status", right?] This (community) {project} has an association with (rhythmic motion) and a {centered} (wall). [Or, centered around the falls, as it turns out.] This latter could be referencing a tidal or sea wall, though this is merely a guess at this stage. [Amazing call, huh?] There are some references suggesting that the chosen target site is very noisy. [Yeah I'd call the site noisy too...]
Further, the entity suggests that there are (steps) involved with the attack, though these are not steps as in stairs but rather are to be interpreted as a many small movements or actions which will be necessary for the attack to be successful. This further suggests that the [Wahabi] entity is planning a significant action which will involve some level of coordination with many parts. [Time will tell on this part.] The other references within this data set further amplify this idea in that the aspects return to the idea of (step by step), (small incremental movements) {bring success}. Oddly, a large component of these aspects include other aspects relating to (drunkenness) or (inebriated). These are modified and amplified by references to (not sober), (stay sober), and (advancing intoxication). This data set includes attributes indicating some need to avoid speed or haste in that the attributes include {step by step}, {steady progress}, (do not) {overleap}.
A series of curious references to (blind) and (darkness) also are part of the attack plan as seen by the model. [Darkness? Like the power going out???!!!] These references also include aspects of (blindly deluded), (tricked), (exhaustion), (blind impulse), (fear of darkness), (leap) {into the dark} and other aspects relating to lack of sight. [Again, absolutely correct: on Thursday evening NYC was basically blinded, tricked and exhausted by the event!]
Why did we think it was Wahabi, if the bots are so good? Well, I spoke to the think tank tonight (Thursday night) and they brought up the issue of a "future echo". If you noticed in the news coverage last night, there was so much talk about terrorism - there's a coloring of the perception of the future in time reversed fourth ordered studies. That "terrorism not involved relief" was enough to color the output. If you want, go look up Dr. Dean Radin's paper at www.boundaryinstitute.org and specifically the paper dealing with time reversed perceptions of people in laboratory conditions. That's a hint at what we're doing on a huge scale looking for subtle changes in the meaning of words on the web as a means to predict the future. I could go on about third order thinking versus fourth, but you'd be bored quickly. Tell me any other site that said anything as specific as our web bot prediction of "This latter may suggest a site where a power plant sits at the base of a cliff or naturally occurring wall" 45 days in advance of the event and I'll shut up!
The only issue with the web bots is working on the time domain. We accurately forecast a major "tipping point" event with a locus of Las Vegas, about 65 days before 9/11. When the perps were in Las Vegas!! We got "attack on Commemorative event" prior to the American Airlines crash in on Veteran's Day last year. We called an "Attack on house or assembly" prior to the anthrax attack, and we even got the military background of the D.C. Sniper Case right. And I needn't remind you of our "great maritime disaster" which turned out to be the space ship Columbia (gem of the Ocean) disaster forecast by the bots. You know what is really amazing to us? I mean other than having this ultra high tech but fuzzy crystal bal technology? No one in government wants to fund the serious development of this project! Yet we spend how many zillions on counting speckled ants? Go figure! So for now it remains a totally private effort.
As for the Web Bot's forecasts about GSE corruption coming out in July, we note that not only did the Chairman of Sallie Mae commit "suicide" in Texas, but now there are lots of issues about Fannie Mae surfacing revealing juicy July details. Our bot inputs finding snips like this:

Move over, Poindexter. We got the lock on the crystal ball business. A little fuzzy on timing (+/- 45 days or so in the runs so far) but dead-to-nuts accuracy.
We are also getting enough data points that we might be able to infer some rules of how reality operates, at least as it applies to human preconsciousness and subtle language shifts as captured from the Internet. It seems that smaller impact events are picked up closer in. American 587, for example was about 14 days in advance of the event, while 9/11 was (how long wave July 5 to 9/11?). And this latest was about 45 days - smaller than 9/11, but much bigger than anthrax (10-days or so early) and bigger than the DC Sniper outputs thus longer lead time.
Is this a weird science, or what?
How We Do It...
How can the web bot project possibly work? How is it possible for information to extracted across the time barrier?
Most people have an internal concept of time which can be accurately described by the analogy of a river. That is, we believe ourselves to be in a ‘river of time’ and we are all moving downstream toward the future. Now, the river analogy loses some credence in that we can not directly sense the presence or absence of time, but rather know it only by its ‘passing’. So as we can not directly sense the ‘time media’ the way one’s skin might feel the water in the river, we are relying on our internal models of time to provide us with the clues as to how it all ‘works’.
Since we have this internal view of time, with no real ability to directly observe time, in discussions of time, we find that we frequently must rely on analogy, and that analogy can only go so far before breaking down. Time is tricky stuff.
Accepting that all analogies as to the nature or even the perception of time will be flawed, we can nonetheless use these analogies to provide some useful mental constructs for modeling some of the web bot work. Using the idea of the ‘river of time’ one can easily see how the energy to go ‘upstream’, that is, into the past, would be huge. One would have to transport the physical body back up the river of time. Usually in speculations of this nature, for instance in the many science fiction treatments of the idea, the time traveler is taken outside of time and then moved back or forward and ‘re-inserted’ into the time stream. Of course, it can easily be seen that the amount of energy necessary to take one physically out of one’s own time would be huge. And of course, it would be even worse in terms of energy usage to have to push back through the actual time stream to travel through it.
So time is a swift flowing river with an incredibly powerful current that cannot easily or perhaps even theoretically be overcome, in this analogy.
But, consider the idea that time is not a river, but is rather an ocean in which all life floats. In this concept, a few ideas emerge naturally. First, that all time exists all at once. That there is no such idea as a ‘passing’ of time. Rather, our concept of sharing a ‘moment of time’ is not as drifting debris in a river momentarily bumping into each other, but within the time as ocean model, a ‘moment’ is a collective grouping within a ‘bubble’ of connection drifting about in the time ocean. Restated for clarity, a ‘moment of time’ in the time as ocean model, is the collective experience of connection plus the collective experience of duration.
One can see that a moment of time thought of as a bubble in which we all experience both the connections to each other, and the experience of duration simultaneously, is a very different way of considering the problems of information crossing through time. Now in the case of the river of time idea, tremendous amounts of energy would be required to shove anything, information or a person back ‘upstream’ to the past. However, in the time as ocean model, we see that information would or should be available to any bubble existing within the ocean with far less energy issues involved. After all, there is no ‘energy stream’ to have to fight against in our time ocean. Yes, there may be currents within our ocean of time (a topic for another discussion), but basically, the energy of the entire mass of time does not have to be countered.
Also, one should note that the ocean of time, also instantly opens up some other dimensional concepts about time, such as the idea that there is both forward, and back movement of time, as well as sideways and up and down types of time movement. Basically, the ocean of time model eliminates the huge energy issues that exist in the river of time model and make the concepts employed in the web bot project just a bit more understandable.
Sparking
You are sitting in a darkened theater watching a particularly engaging movie, when suddenly, three chairs down, a blood chilling scream is heard as a woman looks down to see a mouse run across her foot.
Instantly, your fear reaction is triggered, if only for a micro-second. Your heart jumps, your pupils dilate further in the dark, the hairs on the back of your neck stand up and you are instantly ALERT! This is the ‘spark’ of fear and it was communicated to you across the aisles of the movie theater virtually instantly.
All humans will have such experiences in their life. Most only last for milliseconds until you determine the cause of the fear and dismiss it. Some sparks of fear persist, their cause being real and threatening. But all represent the transmission of energy which is emotion-triggering. As humans, we cannot help this reaction. It has been described as the ‘flight or fight response’, but basically it is the sparking of a core level, emotion.
Now, obviously, there is energy within this emotional spark, after all, it can jump from person to person. Just as obviously, it can spread and grow. What if the mouse had run across the feet of a whole chorus line sitting in the theater taking a break? Well the spark of fear would grow with each new scream in the dark. The energy of the ‘moment’ would build with each successive ‘fear spark’ until they were all feeding off each other and magnifying each other and until everyone ran in fear from the dark theater. Then imagine the spark that would be transmitted to those in the street outside the theater as the crowds came rushing out amidst all the screams. Thus the energy of the ‘spark’ builds. And this was just a mouse.
Imagine what the spark from 911 was like. A whole globe of people amplifying that spark. That was a lot of energy. Is it possible that that level energy ‘pushed’ that spark out of the bubble in our time ocean that we all shared? Certainly there was a great deal of emotional energy created in the global experience that we call 911.
You
So, if the events of 911, or any other event which produces a large emotional spark are actually capable of traveling about the time ocean which is at least suggested by the results of our work, then where do these sparks go? Or rather, where will they be received?
It is our operational theory that you are your own best receiver. That is, that as you exist in an ocean of time, perhaps existing in many discrete ‘moment’ bubbles simultaneously, and as the best receiver for your personal spark is your own brain, it is conceivable that you, in some other bubble, senses (at some level, perhaps even sub- or pre- conscious) your own spark best. Now this is not to say that others do not also get sparked by you, but your brain will be the best transmitter and receiver for your own brain waves. So your sparks now are being transmitted to you in other bubbles within our ocean of time.
You as the source of information for the web bot project
We operate the web bot project seeking your sub-conscious reactions to your ‘other time’ sparks. In this case, we seek the influence of future time sparks on your present time brain.
How? Well, we look for the influence of those future sparks of emotion to show up in very subtle language use changes. In other words, everyone’s particular choice of words in a conversation will reveal some level of information. Perhaps these will reveal faint traces of future sparks making themselves felt in your brain in this bubble that we call ‘today’.
Now, does the web bot project track you? No. Sorry, and certainly no offense intended, but we don’t care who says what to whom about what. Nor do we ever bother to analyze anything related to an individual personal identity.
The web bot project is like gold panning. Every conversation that you have on-line is like a grain of sand. We sift through millions upon millions of grains of sand waiting for the heavier gold to settle out. As future visions hunters, we don’t care about the identity of any of the grains of sand.
Now, as to your influence on web bot accuracy, two things must be noted. First, and using the example of the recent power blackout, we can see that the web bots are not actually reading or predicting the future directly. Rather we are looking at side of our bubble on which is showing what was carried to us by the many millions of separate sparks. In the case of the power blackout, the reason that we interpreted the cause as a terrorist attack is that the spark of the blackout was ‘tainted’ with fears of terrorism as the very first reaction of 50+ million people. A whole lot of people instantly feared terrorism and that energy colored the spark as it was sent out into the time ocean.
So on July 2, when we posted the interpretation of the web bot data gathering, we were ‘seeing’ the impact of the terrorism fear of the power blackout coming through our time bubble wall. And thus we were accurate about many aspects of the actual event, but on a deeper level, we were much more accurate about the perception of the event as it was actually occurring.
Second, let us note that this is an interpretation of a technology that is far from mature. And as with all forms of interpretation from religion to fortune telling to medical diagnosis, there is a lot of room for variation. As the primary interpreter of the web bots, it is clear that much of personal preconceptions and cultural bias WILL intrude on the interpretations. While we make every effort to filter for personal bias, it is bound to creep in at some level. As we are at least intellectually honest about our work, and as we desire to present it as it is, accurate or not, we continue to offer interpretations in spite of knowing that they are necessarily skewed. That is, if as interpreter, I am presented with the image of a giant mutant space goat eating earth, but I have no personal frame of reference for giant mutant space goats, I may interpret the giant mutant space goat as say the spread of a disease from goats to humans. Or something similar. The point of this explanation is to state that given the information, it is our goal in the interpretation to present as many of the specifics which come across as possible but to also try to capture the ‘flavor’ of the picture of the spark that reaches us.
Some of the conclusions that can be drawn from using the time ocean and sparking models to explain our web bot work also go a great deal to explaining the results or lack thereof in our work.
In attempting to read the sparks that cross the bubble barriers, one thing is likely very true….we will not pick up happy events. Reasonably, knowing humans, it is probable that the only sparks that will ever cross time are negative in origin. Sad to say, but a logical conclusion.
Also logical is that most if not all the sparks will be tainted or flavored with the elements of confusion that exist within the bubble of time in which the event is actually occurring. Since we know going into this work that confusion exists at the start of the spark, it is not unexpected that confusion is likely to arise with our interpretation of the picture of the spark with which we work. So even at our best, the web bot work is necessarily operating at something significantly less than 100 per cent accuracy.
Conclusion and a promise
Noting the inherent fuzziness that comes from the web bot work, we nonetheless maintain that our work has validity, at least as much as any other prognostication method. Further, we do note with some satisfaction that our results are vastly better than chance would allow by some significant margin.
The web bot project is purely a private endeavor that exists at the suffrage of a few individuals and is graciously hosted by George Ure at his Urban Survival site (www.urbansurvival.com). We have no corporate allegiance. We are beholden to no financiers. We serve no government, nor faction, nor clique, nor religion, nor group. The web bot project is a private undertaking by a small self-organizing, self-involving group of individuals bound by honesty and a passionate need to learn and understand. The web bot project is intended to explore the universe in new ways. The web bot project will not be a dis-information source. We may be wrong frequently, and we may frequently be very wrong, but it will not be through misdirection or with the intent to deceive.
Should we offer web bot results in the future, we will always go with the premise of intellectual honesty in our interpretations. After all, we are as curious as anyone else as to whether a particular run’s results are accurate and the only way we can verify is to put out the interpretation with as much detail as possible to tighten down the wiggle room that exists in so many forms of prognostications. In other words, if we see a giant mutant space goat in the walls of our time bubble, we will certainly let you know.
The Cause?
Although it could be days before we find out what the actual cause is, there is an interesting debate about whether it had anything to do with lightning. What makes lightning so interesting are two things: One is that by scientist James McCanney's work, as Mars gets closer, the chances of interplanetary electrical phenomena increase - based on his work that shows the Universe is more a charged electrical system that "dead" Newtonian physics. The second thing that's interesting relates to "clear air lightning. You may remember a picture in a San Antonio, Texas paper a while back that showed a distinctive black ring and few clouds around a supposed "clear air" lightning strike.
