No Compensation for Emails or Ideas

All emails sent to george@ure.net and/or gure@earthlink.net as well as those communicated telephonically, electronically, or by other means become, upon receipt, fair use for discussion of the wide range of topics covered by this site.  If a person doesn't not wish material used, don't send it!

Look:  I'm a writer, for God's sake, and if you share an idea with me - and for the sake of clarity I choose to use a quote (of any size) that does not constitute any contract or liability for payment upon use of said ideas, quotes, or concepts.  Further, none will be paid under any circumstances. 

When references to specific sends of emails are used, they are always handled in a way which reduces the odds of specific user identification to near zero.

Don't send emails and claim damages.  I will have you reading this notice in any court proceding and we'll start with you speaking in a very loud voice: 

"I am a leach and a pox upon the legal system because I am intellectually dishonest and claim rigthts to ideas which were usually not my original thoughts in the first place.  I am attempting to victimize the UrbanSurvival website and its sponsor as I am a worthless piece of shit human who can't make their way through other than larcenous litigation."

Yep, that'd about cover it.  Except for discovery which will generally prove prior art and then a treble damages harrassment suit in return....yes, we can play the game of my lawyer's a bigger jerk than yours is...but you don't want my lawyer's bills on top of damages, now, do you?

Better: We all share ideas in a nice colleagial way, I aggregate, present, comment and no personally identifiable info...seems reasonable enough, doesn't it?  So it's pre factum your read this part and agree...because if you read this website you likely have a brain which in unusual in itself these days...

UrbanSurvival.com ("UrbanSurvival") is an economics oriented news commentary web site that represents the personal views of George Ure, and is a Constitutionally protected news gathering, analysis, and dissemination enterprise. Mr. Ure is an American Citizen and supports, without reservation, the ideals of the Founders as embodied in the United State Constitution and Bill of Rights.

Open and Gray Literature Sources

UrbanSurvival supports the lawfully elected government of the United States and will never knowingly report or reveal information that it believes would place the lives of Americans, American Military Personnel, or legal government interests in harms way.  UrbanSurvival uses exclusively Open Source defined by the Director of Central Intelligence [26 Sep 2000] as:

"Open source information...is publicly available information (i.e., any member of the public could lawfully obtain the information by request or observation) as well as other unclassified information that has limited public distribution or access."

UrbanSurvival may also, from time to time, use Gray Literature as source material, defined by the Interagency Gray Literature Working Group as follows:

"Gray literature, regardless of media, can include, but is not limited to, research reports, technical reports, economic reports, trip reports, working papers, discussion papers, unofficial government documents, proceedings, preprints, research reports, studies, dissertations and theses, trade literature, market surveys, and newsletters. When UrbanSurvival reports express a viewpoint, or conjecture, they are labeled or identified as Mr. Ure's views, opinions, or conjectures and are based solely on Open Source and Gray Source material.  Mr. Ure does not publish reports based upon information already not available to other law abiding Private Citizens.
